The Home Project Live – May 14, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern attendance at The Home Project Live (“the Event”), organised by The Home Project (“we”, “us”, “the promoter”).
By purchasing a ticket or pre-registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Event Details
Event: The Home Project Live
Date: May 14, 2026
Location: Central London (final venue details to be confirmed)
The Event is a session for architects working on residential projects.
3. Ticket Purchase & Entry
A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.
Tickets are issued to the individual named at purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees where necessary for safety, security or inappropriate behaviour.
4. Pricing
Ticket pricing may include early-bird and standard rates.
Early-bird tickets are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All prices will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to 14 days before the Event.
No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the Event date.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.
6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 48 hours before the Event.
To transfer a ticket, the original purchaser must notify us via email with the new attendee’s details.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to:
Change the event schedule, speakers, or venue where necessary
Postpone or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our control
In the event of cancellation:
A full refund will be issued
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g. travel or accommodation).
8. Photography & Media
The Event may be photographed or recorded.
By attending, you consent to:
Photography
Video recording
Use of this content for marketing and promotional purposes
If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform us in advance.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained at the Event
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
10. Raffle (Ticket Reimbursement Draw)
Eligibility
Open to attendees who have purchased a valid ticket, before the 23rd of April (pre-sale & sale duration)
Participants must be aged 18 or over
Entry
All eligible ticket holders will be automatically entered
No additional purchase or entry is required
Prize
Five (5) attendees will be selected at random
Each winner will receive a full reimbursement of their ticket price
Reimbursement will be made via the original payment method where possible
Selection
Winners will be selected at random after ticket sales close or at a date determined by the promoter
Notification
Winners will be notified via email
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected
Conditions
The prize is non-transferable
If a ticket is cancelled or refunded prior to the draw, the entry will be void
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the raffle if necessary.
11. Data Protection
We will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your data may be used for:
Event administration
Communication regarding the Event
Relevant updates and related content
You may opt out of communications at any time.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Venue issues
Travel disruption
13. General
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time
Any updates will be published on this page
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
